ALL appointments MUST be arranged with a minimum of 8 hours’ notice. However, I am available in the event of an emergency—special arrangements can be made.
If you have questions in regards to the services that I provide, then I prefer that you contact me via email or using the ‘contact me’ form on this website. I will do my best to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. I am also available via call and text.
I only provide my address for clients who have scheduled In-Person work at my location. I am also willing to provide my address for invoicing purposes by request. I am careful with my personal information since, unfortunately, not everyone is so friendly and nice. Please respect my time and privacy, and understand that I am operating a business.
For all work, unless otherwise stated, the entire fee is to be paid in advance upon time of booking. My fee is non-refundable.
Canadian residents are able to pay using PayPal, by credit card using Stripe, and Interac E-Transfer. Payments can also be made via cheque, bank draft, or money order mailed to my business location, and once the payment has cleared the bank, your appointment will be confirmed. I will also accept Western Union money transfers.
USA and International residents are able to pay using PayPal and by credit card using Stripe. Payments can also be made via cheque, bank draft, or money order mailed to my business location, and once the payment has cleared the bank, your appointment will be confirmed. I will also accept Western Union money transfers.
For PayPal payments, you have a number of options. Payment can be made through the 'Book Now' booking service on the ‘Book Me’ page of my website. Payment can also be made by clicking the PayPal icon at the bottom of my ‘Home’ page or by clicking one of the PayPal icons on the ‘Book Me’ page. Canadians must remember to change the default USD to CAD when using this method. And, finally, PayPal payments can be sent to my email address email@example.com using email to email transfer directly through the PayPal website.
For In-Person Category ‘A’ and ‘B’ Paranormal Investigations and Cleansings—unless otherwise stated—the payment of my fee means that it has been previously agreed that I am to arrive at your location, I will arrive one time only and I am fully prepared to do all of the work that is required at that time and without delay and without further visits, in order to correct and resolve all paranormal issues. For Remote Viewing Distance Work Category ‘A’ and ‘B’ Paranormal Investigations and Cleansings, work will be scheduled one time only at my location at a date and time that are mutually convenient, and I will email, call, or text you after the work has been completed at a date and time that are mutually convenient.
For Small Group, Large Group, and Category ‘A’ and ‘B’ Paranormal Investigations and Cleansing, additional fees might apply after initial base payment through my website for situations entailing travel, accommodations, and/or the complexity of the work, on a case by case basis.
For Canadian residents, to comply with government requirements, HST has been included in the fee.
My office hours are noted on the ‘Book Now’ page of my website, and vary depending upon my availability and booking schedule. You are invited to submit an appointment through my website. You are also invited to book your appointment by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. North American residents can also call or text to +1 (905) 399-6362 to book an appointment. Payment must be made at the time that you are making your appointment or at the start of your appointment for In-Person work. I require a minimum of 8 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel or miss an appointment, you are responsible for contacting me to arrange an alternative date and time. I will reschedule the date and time with you personally and on my website for you in such a case. After two last minute cancellations (i.e. a cancellation with less than 8 hours' notice) or no-show appointments in a row, or combination thereof, I will stop seeing you as a client, no exceptions. I value your time as a client and I expect my time to be valued as well.
In the case where you have prepaid for an event, I require a minimum of 8 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel or miss an event, you are responsible for contacting me to arrange for your fee to be applied to alternate intuitive work that can be scheduled for a particular date and time. I will schedule the date and time on my website for you in such a case. If you choose, you can also apply your fee to another event currently scheduled or to be scheduled in the future.
If you book directly through the booking system on the ‘Book Me’ page of my website, you will be charged in USD.
Canadian residents have the option of paying in CAD but to do so, you must use one of the PayPal links on my website, go through the PayPal website directly, or by sending me directly an Interac E-Transfer to email@example.com. For the USA and International, all charges must be paid for in USD.
All payments by credit card using Stripe will be charged in USD.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices on my website are listed in USD.

Calls and texts are for USA & Canadian residents only. For International residents, extra charges will apply for phone readings (contact for details).
To receive a Skype call from me, you MUST share your Skype ID with me in advance of the reading by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
